Έχοντας μεγαλώσει σε μια οικογένεια με Διαιτολόγο μητέρα και δρομέα Πατέρα, μυήθηκε από μικρή στα μονοπάτια της σωστής διατροφής και της άσκησης και αυτό την ώθησε μεγαλώνοντας να αγαπήσει και να ασχοληθεί με το επάγγελμα αυτό.

Εργάστηκε ως εθελοντής Διαιτολόγος στο Μητροπολιτικό Ιατρείο του Ελληνικού για 2 χρόνια και εργάζεται ακόμα εθελοντικά στο Τμήμα διατροφής και Άσκησης του αθλητικού κέντρου Παλαιού Φαλήρου και παράλληλα παρακολουθεί τους δικούς της ασθενείς μέσω κατ’ οίκον ραντεβού στην Ελλάδα αλλά και διαδικτυακά μέσω email και skype σε διάφορες πόλεις του εξωτερικού.
